Acceptable Use Policy

SA Note is a learning community. Treat others with respect. The following are prohibited:

• harassment, bullying, hate speech, threats or discrimination;
• sexually explicit, violent or otherwise offensive content;
• impersonating others or misrepresenting your identity or affiliation.

You must not:

• post unlawful or infringing content (including copyright);
• share patient-identifiable information or confidential clinical data;
• post content that could cause harm if relied upon clinically (SA Note is educational only — see our Disclaimer);
• upload malware or attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access;
• scrape, harvest or bulk-export content, or train ML models, without our written permission.

Do not use SA Note to cheat in supervised or live examinations, to share live exam content, or in any way that breaches your institution's or a licensing body's rules.

Group-study rooms are shared spaces. Chat may be automatically moderated for harassment and abuse (see our Privacy Policy). Do not share room codes with people who should not have access.

We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy, and we may report unlawful activity to the authorities.
