  • The exam signal tests recognition of abnormal development at ~24 months. Language is the most commonly tested domain.

At 23-24 months: not saying 6+ words with meaning is a red flag. Toilet training not expected until ~3 years. Standing on one leg not expected until ~3 years. Walking by 17 months is within normal limits (limit = 18 months). Playing alone at 23 months is completely normal.
