  • Stuck-on appearance - well-demarcated, raised, pigmented plaque resembling candle wax stuck to skin
  • Colour - pale tan to dark brown or black; can be variegated

  • Milia-like cysts - white/yellow keratin-filled cysts visible on surface or dermoscopy
